4. Data Ownership & Control
You Own Your Data
All documentation, conversations, and data you upload remain your exclusive property. We only process what you provide.
- You retain full ownership of all uploaded documentation
- Conversation data belongs to your Discord server
- We do not claim ownership over your content
- Deletion of your account triggers complete data removal
5. Service Limitations & Guarantees
No Absolute Guarantees
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control.
- No guaranteed response accuracy (AI limitations)
- No compensation for service interruptions
- Service may be unavailable during maintenance
- Rate limits apply based on your subscription tier
6. Termination & Data Deletion
Complete Data Deletion
When you delete your account or cancel your subscription, all your data is permanently removed from our systems within 24 hours.
- Account deletion triggers immediate data removal
- No backups retained after deletion
- No way to recover deleted data
- All API keys and tokens are revoked
7. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or Discord notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
